This page explains what happens to the information you give when you join the Planeo waitlist. Short version: we collect very little, we use it to tell you when the app launches, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we keep:

That’s all. There is no account and no password.

Why we collect it

To confirm your sign-up, then send you an email when the Planeo app launches. We also look at totals, like how many people use iPhone or Android in each country, to plan the launch. We don’t send newsletters or ads.

If you are in the EU or the UK, we rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles it

Fortin Studio, the company behind Planeo, is responsible for your data (details in the legal notice below). It uses:

These companies are based in the United States. When your data leaves the EU, they rely on the safeguards EU law requires, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Until we’ve sent the launch email, and at most 12 months after the launch. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop us using it. Just email adam@fortinstudio.com. We’ll answer within a month.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no advertising or tracking tools.

The waitlist is not meant for children under 16.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
